Ladies Night Kayak Lake Paddle
Starting at $10 l 2 Hours l Ages 18+
Join us for a fun and leisurely kayaking on a local lake. These are beginner-friendly paddles. Afterward, we go out for a bite/drink at a nearby restaurant (not included). Lots of fun and you meet new paddling buddies while we look for interesting flora and fauna.
Birding Kayak Paddle for Women
Starting at $10 l 2 Hours l Ages 18+
This ladies' night kayaking, we will be enjoying a birding focus with fellow paddler local birder. She will be pointing out fun facts about local lake birds and birding facts in the Triad. Did you know we are in the "fly zone"? Afterward, we will head over to a local restaurant to enjoy a meal/cocktails together if you wish (not included in fee).
Everything Gone Wrong for Women (FUN CLASS!)
Starting at $50 l 6 Hours l Ages 18+
This course is for the woman who perhaps has already taken some or all of our prior classes (not required) and would like to have some fun with scenarios on the water or perhaps you’ve been paddling for many years but would like to practice what to do in certain situations when on the water and/or on a kayaking trip. This is overwhelmingly one of our all time favorite classes of the ladies!
Fall Foliage Paddle for Women (Philpott Lake, VA)
Starting at $25 l 6 Hours l Ages 18+
Join us on this MOST POPULAR guided fall foliage trip to see a small waterfall and towering cliffs, you won't believe you are just over an hour away from Greensboro. You will LOVE this paddle and getaway. Participants carpool to the launch site and spend an amazing day together enjoying gentle yoga and nature immersion.

Intro to SUP Yoga for Women

Feel the incredible zen of stand up paddleboarding yoga! This class is for those who are stable on the board, not for beginner SUP'ers. The yoga is beginner level, different levels will be shown.
Sunrise Stand Up Paddleboarding for Women
Starting at $15 l 2 Hours l Ages 18+
Let's watch the sunrise from our SUP boards. It is a MAGICAL experience. We meet early at 5:45AM and be on the water PADDLING BY 6AM. Worth it! This event is not appropriate for those who have not had instruction or are new to SUP’ing since we do paddle in the dark at a steady pace for a good distance. Once we reach our "sun gazing spot", we stop and relax, do some stretches and meditation.
